Who Do You Say I Am?

Echo · The Identity of Jesus · Question One

The question still comes—

quiet,

piercing,

relentless.

Not once.

Not long ago.

But now.

Again.

Today.

Jesus asking me:

Who do you say I am.

When I see Him clearly,

something shifts.

My steps change.

My trust deepens.

My life begins to echo the One I’ve seen.

And I say—

Jesus is the Christ,

the Son of the living God.

Jesus is the Christ,

the Son of God,

the Son of David,

the Only Begotten Son,

the Savior of the world.

He is Emmanuel,

the Word made flesh,

the Lamb of God,

the Lord of glory,

the risen Lord who reigns.

He is the Bread of Life,

the Light of the World,

the Good Shepherd,

the True Vine.

He is the Resurrection and the Life,

the Way, the Truth, and the Life,

the Author and Finisher of faith.

He is the Cornerstone,

the Image of the invisible God,

the Radiance of God’s glory,

the Heir of all things.

He is the Lion of Judah,

the Root and Offspring of David,

the Bright Morning Star,

the Bridegroom.

He is the Holy One of God,

the Redeemer,

the Mediator,

the Head of the Church.

He is the Rock,

the High Priest,

the Advocate,

the Deliverer,

the Judge of the living and the dead.

He is the Prince of Peace,

the King of kings,

the Lord of lords,

the Amen,

the Lord our Righteousness.

He is the Alpha and the Omega,

the Beginning and the End—

exalted above every name.

And that’s who I say Jesus is.

My life begins to echo the One I’ve seen.

My life begins to echo the One I’ve seen…
